april 25 | the beach workshop
this wednesday i had the immense pleasure of teaching a workshop in pensacola beach, florida. from 7am to almost midnight we shot on the beach, talked business, photographed models in the parking garage, worked on post processing, and i even let a model roll around in my bed! (that totally came out wrong, didn't it?)
there are no words for how honored and humbled i am to have been able to lead such a workshop with such amazing people. great and fabulous thanks to inga, our production manager here at the studio, for helping so effortlessly, matt radlinksi for his a.v. butt-saving skills, and karen simmons of the great pwp for her assistance and sponsorship. and to barbara, trista, rona, terri, molly claire, julie, melissa, hara, allison, deborah, leah, phillip, christine, april, kate, monica, guy, lisa, patsy, mary beth, tina, and jonathan for making wednesday wonderful!

Fabulous shooting. Just love those low angle shots that oooze blues. Magnificent.
And the photo of the model on the bed,... the expression and body language is soooo relaxed, soooo good.
Shame you are in US - one day I am going to get over there to take one of your workshops

This was a my first seminar, I'm so glad it was yours! It was a huge step sharing your skills with everyone! Thanks for sharing your hilarious Inga & Susan stories as well as ideas and marketing tips. I've told everyone in Seattle about your workshop and will continue to do so!

The shot, 2nd from the top, is gorgeous! The green water and dark blue sky provide a dramatic (but not threatening) backdrop for the frolicking newlyweds.
